Four agencies expect filings, reports, and payments from your base every month. We handle all of it — you run trips, we do the paperwork.
Direct line — you talk to the person doing the work

Miss a deadline with any one of them and it costs real money — or worse, your standing. Here's what each one requires, and what we take off your plate.

Every FHV base must electronically submit trip records to the TLC every single month — due by the last day of the following month, in exact CSV format, with a signed Electronic Affirmation. Rejected or missing submissions become violations on your base's record, and they surface when it's time to renew.
How we handle it: Send us your LimoAnywhere reports each month. We validate every plate against the TLC Active Vehicle List, verify every driver badge against the Active Driver List, format every address to TLC spec, and deliver a submission-ready trip sheet — with a processing log showing exactly what was filed and why.

Congestion pricing tolls every vehicle entering Manhattan's Congestion Relief Zone. Bases enrolled in the MTA's per-trip plan pay a small discounted charge per trip instead of full tolls — but enrollment takes a signed agreement, and staying enrolled takes a monthly payment plus a monthly trip report. Late payments escalate from 5% to 30% penalties with interest, and falling out of the plan puts every one of your vehicles back on full tolls.
How we handle it: We prepare your FHVB Per-Trip Charge Plan application, and every month we generate your CBD trip report from the same data as your TLC filing — nothing extra for you to pull.

New York State law requires qualifying black car bases to be Black Car Fund members — it's what provides your drivers' workers' compensation. Membership means collecting a passenger surcharge and remitting it monthly, calculated correctly on fares net of taxes, tolls, tips, and fees. Fall out of good standing and you risk losing membership, leaving the base directly exposed on driver injury claims.
How we handle it: We handle your Black Car Fund membership application, then every month we compute your exact remittance from your real trip data — total fares minus sales tax, congestion fees, airport fees, tolls, and voluntary tips — and hand you the finished calculation, ready to submit.

Pickups and drop-offs at JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark require a Port Authority Privilege Permit, and every airport trip carries a per-trip access fee. For most bases, airport runs are the highest-value work on the calendar — running them without proper permitting risks summonses at the curb and losing airport privileges altogether.
How we handle it: We handle your Privilege Permit application — including the projected-operations paperwork it requires — and compile your airport trip records so your airport business stays clean and auditable.

Every month we generate your TLC trip records, MTA CBD report, BCF calculation, and PANYNJ filings — all from the same data, all in sync.
One flat monthly rate based on your base's trip volume — covering whichever agencies you need. Most bases pay less than the cost of a single late-filing penalty.
